Silk is looking to appoint a motivated, passionate and reliable individual to join our Team as an Office Coordinator at a newly built 5 star hotel. 

As the Housekeeping Office Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Executive Housekeeper providing a consistent, professional and engaging service to your team. Primarily, your responsibilities will include being the first point of contact within the Housekeeping Department, coordinating the reports and administration for the office and providing an excellent service to both internal and external clients.

Qualities and Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge and experience in processes, procedures and methods of the Housekeeping Department.
  • Leadership and general business skills.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a variety of people.
  • Professional attitude.
  • Problem solving ability.
  • Solid computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must have experience in using OPERA Software.
